Still Looking for a Pullback

I am as happy as anyone that the stock market has been on a tear the last few weeks but I am still expecting a major pullback. I have been positioning my portfolio for a market pullback. I have sold stakes in US Steel, AllState and Aflac. I have been purchasing shares of the Proshares UltraShort Real Estate ETF (SRS) and the Proshares UltrShort Financial ETF (SKF). Long term fundamentals should improve later in the year but as of right now things are not much better then they were last fall. Irrational pessimism crashed the market last year and irrational optimism had led to a rapid rise over the short term.
