A group formed using the same stated selection date and rules so its later results can be compared on a consistent basis.
How this site uses it
The label appears beside the value wherever it is used. Any time window, comparison basis, source period, or observation date belongs with the reading so unlike numbers are not presented as though they were directly comparable.
